You will lead the end-to-end management of our Global Campus Creator Program. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between brand vision and grassroots execution, turning students into influential brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Strategy & Recruitment: Design and execute scalable campus growth strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and recruit high-potential content creators across global markets.
2. Community Management: Cultivate a thriving ecosystem of campus creators. Leverage multi-channel engagement to drive brand sentiment, awareness, and commercial growth.
3. Operational Excellence: Establish data-driven KPIs and frameworks. Continuously refine SOPs to ensure the program is measurable, scalable, and high-performing.
4. Campaign Integration: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to support new feature launches. Lead the creation of viral short-form content and collaborate with Sales to maximize conversion and business impact.职位要求1.
