Job Description:
- Act as the primary liaison between operations and IT teams during the post-trade system migration.
- Analyze and document current post-trade operations processes
- Gather, validate, and manage business requirements for system enhancements and migration activities.
- Collaborate with technology teams to support the design, configuration, and testing of the strategic system to meet operational needs.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, process flows, and user guides for the new system functionalities.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing with operations teams, and ensuring issues are logged and resolved.
- Monitor and track project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution of post-trade operational challenges during migration.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption and understanding of strategic system operations.
- Maintain thorough documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3-year experience in market operations with a focus post-trade processes.
- Experience supporting or managing system migrations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in creating detailed documentation, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Experience facilitating UAT and working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data analytics, and reporting platforms is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written Cantonese and Mandarin)
