Key Accountabilities:
Select & Recruit the needed Agents as per the Company policy & guide.
Develop the Agents Department sales structure to enhance performance, productivity& profitability.
Review& propose Agents strategic annual operating plans for Sales & distribution.
Manage & Motivate the Company & Agents sales team to achieve the agreed targets.
Provide leadership to empower staff to enhance organizational performance in Agents Trade Chanel.
Identify & develop new business opportunities to expand Agents share.
Develop sales operation in Agents TC annual & long term to expand Diaper & FTK market share.
Achieve the agreed direct outlets that supposed to be coved via Agents by area By outlets type.
Administer quarterly Agents sales & budget performance reviews.
Coordinate with other departments within the Company to ensure that support required to achieve AOP objective is provided.
Manage & develop logistical requirements such as infrastructure, fleet & customer service effectiveness. Plan stock level of various product categories to meet forecasted required. Plan & direct Agents warehouses & distribution fleet operation's.
