Work Schedule: 15 hours per week between the hours of 8:30 am and 5 pm
Desired Length of Employment: Summer 2026 (mid May - mid August, with some flexibility to add additional weeks on either end)
Pay Rate: $14 - $19/Hour
Job Description:
The Student Worker will support particular staff as assigned by:
- Support the Program Director and Director
- Support the expansion of food security program for older adults, Eating Well is a SNAP!
- Assist with program documents, timelines, and record management system through editing, updating, and tracking training
- Support data collection
- Coordinating translation of materials into language(s) other than English, as needed
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
- Ability to comply with university policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently with some supervision
- Possess reliable transportation due to office located downtown
Responsibilities:
- Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
