Key Result Areas:
- Lead the identification and implementation of process improvement solutions within the Corporate Divisions, collaborating with stakeholders and staff to streamline operations.
- Oversee the execution of continuous improvement initiatives across QF's Corporate Divisions, ensuring alignment with established methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of current processes and services within the Corporate Divisions, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
- Analyze business requirements and processes specific to the Corporate Divisions, ensuring alignment with corporate mandates and QF's strategy.
- Implement best practices for process improvement, service design, and problem-solving tailored to the needs of QF's Corporate Divisions.
- Identify and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Corporate Divisions.
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of services provided to the Corporate Divisions and QF community, recommending improvements as needed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions within the Corporate Divisions, conducting post-implementation reviews and suggesting refinements.
- Collaborate with the Head of Continuous Improvement to ensure initiatives align with departmental strategic objectives and corporate mandates.
- Manage and oversee continuous improvement projects within the Corporate Divisions, ensuring successful execution and effective communication of results.
- Provide guidance and support to the continuous improvement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Contribute to the development and mentoring of team members, promoting knowledge transfer and best practices within the Corporate Divisions.
- Perform other tasks and duties as required by supervisor to meet the role's requirements and support the objectives of Operational Excellence.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage
- 6-8 years of relevant full-time experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement roles.
- At least 3 years of experience working on initiatives specific to corporate or organizational level processes.
- Certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, or other continuous improvement methodologies are highly desirable.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in educational institutions, non-profit organizations, or professional services organizations is desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in process mapping, data analysis, and process re-engineering
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely;
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
