Main Responsibilities
1. Plan, coordinate and supervise all procurement activities in the Company.
2. Identify and evaluate potential vendors that suit the Company's needs.
3. Negotiate with vendors about prices, payment terms, delivery, quality and other provisions related to purchase contracts.
4. Responsible for developing team members through various means, such as mentoring, coaching, counseling, etc.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
5. Able to implement HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) principles in daily work activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Company policies.
Qualification
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s Degree is an advantage.
2. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in procurement/vendor management.
3. Strong knowledge of vendor management, procurement processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
4. Proven experience in handling vendor negotiations, contract agreements, and performance management.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and evaluate team performance.
6. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Strong understanding of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) principles and ability to ensure vendor compliance with Company QHSE standards.
