We will be working together on:
- Ensuring projects are effectively initiated and delivered in alignment to agreed objectives
- Implementing Agile methodology and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Acting as consultants for client roadmap definition
- Enabling efficient decision-making concerning the delivery of the roadmap
- Coordinate product increment releases and communication support, training, and overall adoption of new features by users
- Anticipating changes in needs, adapting the product roadmap, and creating product transition plans
- Managing customer and team expectations
- Analyzing to identify opportunities to improve and grow project and client impact
- Enabling team performance, holding frequent 1:1 discussions with team members
- Setting and tracking goals and career path directions for team leads
- Facilitating team bonding and celebrating success inside the team
- Identifying poor performance, addressing corrective/preventive actions, and follow-ups with potential employees at risk
- Managing conflicts and proposing solutions for increasing team collaboration
- Managing admin requests for all team members (holiday, overtime, timesheet validation, flexible time, etc.)
