We are currently looking for a Senior Product Marketing & GTM Manager to own positioning, market credibility, and go-to-market execution for Gcore’s Edge Platform (Security & Delivery).
The platform combines CDN, DDoS protection (L3/L4), application-layer security (WAF/WAAP, including API protection and bot management), and edge compute (FastEdge) into a unified offering that delivers performance and protection at the edge.
This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role at the intersection of product marketing and go-to-market execution. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to define how we position the platform, validate it in the market, and bring it to customers.
Mission
Build and establish Gcore’s Edge Platform (Security & Delivery) as a credible, modern alternative to legacy and hyperscale solutions by defining a clear category narrative, strengthening third-party validation, and driving execution across product launches, sales enablement, and market-facing programs.
Job Description
What You'll Do:
You will own the category narrative, market credibility, and go-to-market execution for the Edge Platform.
1. Category Narrative & Positioning
- Define and evolve the positioning and messaging for Gcore’s Edge Platform (Security & Delivery), including CDN, DDoS protection (L3/L4), application-layer security (WAF/WAAP), and edge compute (FastEdge)
- Develop a clear category narrative that unifies performance, protection, and compute at the edge
- Identify ICPs, personas, and key use cases across security, platform, and infrastructure buyers
- Articulate competitive differentiation vs legacy vendors and hyperscalers
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer-facing materials
2. Proof, Validation & Market Credibility
- Collaborate closely with the Analyst Relations function to support briefings, inquiries, and ongoing engagement
- Contribute to participation in key industry reports and evaluations (content, positioning, preparation)
- Support the awards and recognition program (planning, submissions, amplification)
- Establish and scale a customer proof program (case studies, references, peer reviews)
- Build and maintain a structured evidence base (metrics, use cases, customer outcomes)
3. GTM Execution: Launches & Enablement
- Lead end-to-end GTM for product launches in collaboration with Product, Sales, SE, and Marketing teams
- Define launch strategy, packaging, and positioning inputs
- Drive field readiness: sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, battlecards) and training
- Support strategic deals with positioning, competitive insights, and tailored messaging
- Ensure consistent execution across all go-to-market channels
4. Market Presence, Content & Influence
- Secure presence in industry media through articles, commentary, and contributed content
- Collaborate with internal SMEs (Product, Security, Engineering) to create high-quality technical and thought leadership content
- Build and manage an influencer/creator program (including technical reviewers and YouTube)
- Drive distribution and amplification of key narratives, launches, and proof points
Success in this role
Success is defined by your ability to establish a credible market position, build scalable go-to-market execution, and contribute to measurable growth of the Edge Platform.
- Contribute to building a 7-figure € pipeline by 2027
- Demonstrate clear growth and market traction in 2026
- Establish a structured GTM plan for H2 2026
- Define and validate clear positioning and category narrative
- Contribute to building a scalable analyst relations, awards, and customer proof program for 2027 in collaboration with the dedicated Analyst Relations function
- Identify high-potential segments and repeatable use cases for scaling
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven hands-on experience marketing and launching edge or cybersecurity products in B2B environments (CDN, DDoS, WAF/WAAP, API security, bot management, or edge compute)
- Strong understanding of edge platform architectures, including:
- CDN and content delivery
- DDoS protection (L3/L4)
- Application-layer security (WAF/WAAP)
- Edge compute concepts and use cases
- Experience working with technical and executive buyers (e.g. CISOs, security engineers, platform teams)
- End-to-end experience in product marketing and GTM execution: positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement
- Strong sales enablement skills and experience supporting complex deals
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, credible narratives
- Fluent English
Nice to have / strong advantages:
- Direct experience with WAAP (WAF, API security, bot mitigation) and/or DDoS mitigation solutions
- Experience building customer proof programs (case studies, references, peer reviews)
- Background in edge, cloud, or infrastructure platforms
- Experience working with technical content or developer audiences
