Job Description

A Team Lead in Tele Sales  is a professional who sells products or services over the phone (and sometimes via email or messaging apps). This role is common in industries like banking, insurance, e-commerce, education, and telecom.

Work from office 
Job Location : West mardepally, Secunderabad
Mon to Sat/ 10 to 7pm

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Calling potential or existing customers to promote products/services
• Explaining product features and benefits clearly
• Handling customer questions and objections
• Closing sales deals over calls
• Maintaining customer records and updating CRM systems
• Following up with leads or previous customers
• Achieving sales targets set by the company
• Handling the team of callers

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Good listening ability
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
• Confidence and a positive attitude
