The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation (‘BCF’) is one of Sydney’s most trusted frontline charities and has been supporting the community for nearly 40 years. Our mission is to address homelessness and hardship by providing essential services including food, social welfare, healthcare, education and community programs.
Our Social Health and Wellbeing (‘SHW’) team is often the first point of contact for individuals facing significant and complex challenges. The team delivers a broad range of care including crisis support, case management, medical services, dental services and complementary healthcare.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Dental Assistant to join our SHW team at the BCF Blacktown Medical Clinic, commencing immediately.
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality dental care to individuals experiencing homelessness, financial hardship and other barriers to accessing mainstream services. You will help create a calm, welcoming and safe environment, ensuring each person receives dignified and trauma-informed support.
The position offers casual, part-time or full-time hours, and the schedule can be tailored for the right person. You’ll be joining a warm, purpose-driven team where your skills and compassion directly contribute to improving lives.
