The role is responsible for supporting the execution of Islamic Wealth Management (IWM) strategies and driving the growth of Islamic consumer propositions through effective marketing, stakeholder coordination, and sales enablement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and execution of Islamic Wealth and consumer product propositions across Mass, Preferred, and Private Wealth segments.
- Managing end-to-end marketing deployment, including communication materials and branding for Islamic Wealth, Legacy Planning, and consumer products.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g. Business Development, Group Marketing, Channel teams) to ensure smooth rollout of initiatives.
- Supporting sales teams through capability-building initiatives and aligning programs to improve productivity and penetration.
- Driving customer engagement initiatives to deepen relationships and increase adoption of Islamic Wealth solutions, especially within the Bumi segment.
- Ensuring all marketing materials and product documentation comply with Shariah, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.
- Monitoring performance metrics and supporting strategic projects to drive overall business growth.
