4+ years in marketing, growth, product marketing, or product management at a SaaS company. Creativity matters more than a traditional background.
Proven strategist: demonstrated success creating and executing marketing strategies.
Storyteller: you craft compelling materials about complex AI products for non-technical audiences.
Clear communicator: exceptional written and verbal communication with a strong visual sensibility.
Impact-driven: comfortable with experimentation and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data.
AI-savvy: crafty with AI tools and automations — you use them daily and keep exploring what's new.
Fluent in English and German.
Nice to have: previous experience in legal tech.

Our process is built on respect and transparency:
1h interview with Product and Marketing teams (case study): To demonstrate your abilities, you have an in-depth interview with our product team. You showcase your abilities by presenting a real life use case in product marketing.
Additional interviews: Meet the team you would be working with and take the opportunity to pose any remaining questions. One meeting will be in our Leipzig office to meet the team in person and get to know the work place.
