Beach/Pool Attendant

The Role:

The Beach/Pool Attendant role at Domes Resorts focuses on caring for and assisting guests at the beach or pool, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Close collaboration with the F&B team is essential to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming beach or pool environment.

Some of the responsibilities:

Guest Service & Complaint Management

• Warmly welcoming guests and providing assistance at the beach.
• Offering information about beach/pool services and available activities.
• Addressing guest complaints and resolving them promptly.

Operational Services

• Maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the beach/pool area and its facilities.
• Overseeing the setup, maintenance, and proper use of sunbeds, umbrellas, and related equipment.
• Monitoring weather conditions and keeping guests informed to ensure their safety.

Collaboration with Other Hotel Departments

• Coordinating with other hotel teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

Useful to have:

• Previous experience in a similar position will be appreciated.
• A good command of English will be considered an asset.
