You will design systems to maintain and enhance high Talent Density, pursue Operational Excellence to support overwhelming Execution Velocity, and build Organizational Resilience that remains unshaken by change. We expect you to lead "aggressive" operations design that accelerates business growth, going beyond "defensive" labor management. (This position reports to the VP of HR)
Strategic Operations Design: Based on the principle of "Freedom & Responsibility," design and operate an HR foundation where top talent can perform without unnecessary "noise" or administrative friction.
Scalable HR Operations: Build efficient, non-person-dependent payroll and labor processes capable of withstanding rapid headcount growth, global expansion, and IPO requirements.
Advanced Vendor Management: Optimize collaboration with outsourcing partners to ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of payroll and social insurance operations.
Multi-entity Management: Standardize HR operations across multiple entities and locations in the future to maximize operational efficiency while preventing increased administrative costs.

Compensation & Incentive Design: Analyze and design competitive salary benchmarks and plan short-term and long-term incentives (LTI) to attract and retain top talent.

Labor Governance & Solidifying Infrastructure
Labor Compliance & Execution: Oversee accurate payroll, attendance management, and social insurance in compliance with Japanese labor laws and regulations, and handle statutory reporting to public agencies.
Governance & Internal Controls: Establish robust internal controls and handle labor audits in preparation for IPO, while ensuring rapid response to changes in labor legislation.
Employee Experience (EX) Enhancement: Provide sincere and speedy responses to employee inquiries, embodying TX’s culture and minimizing organizational friction.
Strategic HR Data & People Analytics
HRIS & Data Infrastructure: Design data structures and build HRIS to visualize and analyze the organization's Talent Density and Execution Velocity.
People Analytics: Integrally analyze data related to recruitment, evaluation, attrition, and compensation to provide insights and propose solutions for organizational challenges to the management team.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR Planning, HR Operations, or similar roles (*Experience in a business entity is preferred, but candidates from consulting backgrounds with relevant project experience are welcome).
Mindset & Negative Capability: A "self-starter" mentality with the ability to enjoy change and remain effective in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability in data-driven decision-making and a track record of solving complex problems by involving multiple stakeholders.
Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of Japanese labor laws and employment practices.
Language Skills: Business-level Japanese (Native preferred) and English (Ability to read/write fluently; comfortable with verbal communication).
Preferred Qualifications
HR experience in IPO-track startups or global environments.
Experience in vendor management.
Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., freee, SmartHR, HRBrain, HRMOS, Workday, SAP).
Experience in managing small teams or mentoring junior members.
