Join Maytronics as a Team Leader for our Reliability & Environmental Testing Team and take charge of leading a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing processes. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Reliability & Environmental Testing team to ensure high-quality testing procedures.
Develop and implement testing strategies to enhance product reliability.
Analyze testing data to provide actionable insights for product improvements.
Coordinate with R&D and product development teams to integrate testing results.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in testing protocols.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability and environmental testing.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a testing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
