Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director of the Robotics Division, you will oversee the customer operations management teams (Sales Administration) in support of our organisation on a global scale. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and harmonising practices across the Division, whilst optimising our pre- and post-sales operations for our customers in liaison with our various sales regions worldwide.
Your key responsibilities will be as follows:
Mobility: occasional travel within France and abroad
Education: Master’s degree, typically from a business school or IAE. A different qualification supplemented by significant experience is acceptable.
Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in customer operations management, with a role managing a multi-site, international team, ideally in an industrial environment undergoing transformation
Special Knowledge:
Foreign language: fluent in English required
Soft skills : Results-oriented and customer-focused, leadership, proactivity, strategic vision
