Context and Role Purpose
As a Manager, you will join the Transaction & Corporate Finance team, supporting clients—primarily Private Equity funds and corporate investors—across strategic and high‑impact transactions.
The role involves working on complex financial projects, leveraging strong quantitative, accounting, and financial modeling skills, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in both national and international contexts.
