is hiring for a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant to the
CEO
to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This
individual will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping manage
priorities, streamline communication, and ensure seamless coordination in a fast-paced environment.
This is a
direct hire position requiring an onsite presence in our San Diego office.
Key
Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize the CEO’s
calendar, meetings, and travel

Serve as a liaison between the
CEO and internal/external stakeholders
-
Support outreach efforts,
communications, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO

Coordinate across internal teams
to ensure alignment on priorities and execution

Prepare and edit correspondence,
presentations, and reports
-
Organize meetings, develop
agendas, and track action items
-
Support key initiatives,
leadership meetings, and special projects
-
Handle confidential information
with discretion
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience
supporting leaders or managing internal communications
-
Strong organizational,
communication, and multitasking skills
-
High level of professionalism,
discretion, and attention to detail
-
Ability to anticipate needs and
operate proactively
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
and/or Google Workspace
Preferred

Experience in healthcare,
technology, or consulting environments

Experience working in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment

Familiarity with CRM or project
management tools
Benefits
Salary based on experience $80,000 - $90,000 +
