The Opportunity:
We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Aylsham office. This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly, growing and fast-paced law firm where you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues.
The Role:
This role will see the successful candidate undertaking the following tasks:
Welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Managing the reception area and strong room
Answering telephone calls promptly, handling enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Managing diary appointments, maintaining meeting room bookings, preparing rooms and arranging catering where required
Providing basic administrative support including preparing and correspondence, photocopying and scanning documents and filing
Monitoring visitor access
Managing fire alarms and fire drill records
Handling petty cash
Maintaining accurate records
Assisting with office supplies and liaising with suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained
The Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who:
Ideally has previous reception and administration experience
Has a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care
Is IT literate, and an accurate typist
Has great time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
Enjoys a busy environment, is adept at multitasking, and has the ability to remain calm under pressure
Has a positive "can-do" attitude and loves learning new skills
Is a team-player who can quickly build report and gain the trust of their team and clients
