ROLE
The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing overall kitchen operations, ensuring high product quality, smooth workflow, and effective team management.
This is a hands-on role, actively involved in daily production.
Requirements
Profile:
- Proven experience in a kitchen leadership role (Head or Sous Chef)
- Strong organizational and team management skills
- Experience in high-volume environments
- Good understanding of cost control and inventory management
- Professional, responsible, and able to perform under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise daily kitchen operations
- Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff
- Control food cost, stock levels, and ordering
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Coordinate with management and service team
- Lead by example through active participation
