Join LEONI’s Sales Support and Billing interface and play a key role in ensuring accurate invoicing, pricing and customer data management.
As a Sales & Billing Specialist, you will support account management activities, maintain data quality across systems and contribute to smooth order-to-cash processes.
You will work closely with Sales, Accounting, Logistics and customers to ensure reliable execution and continuous improvement of processes.
What will be your responsibilities?
• Ensure and maintain sales data quality (pricing, invoices, customer data) across systems such as FORS, SIGIP and SAP
• Administer and maintain customer master data, price lists and account-specific databases in line with contracts and customer requirements
• Support and execute invoicing processes, including invoice creation, credit notes and compliance with tax regulations
• Assist in Trade Receivables Management, including analysis of deductions, price differences and non-payments, and coordination of resolution activities
• Act as an interface between Sales, Accounting, Logistics and customers to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes
• Support order management, including receiving, validating and tracking customer orders and sample requests
• Contribute to offer preparation, price maintenance and change management processes, including maintaining price history
• Support cash collection and dunning processes in coordination with internal stakeholders and customers
• Assist in managing self-billing (SBI/ERS) processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement within Sales Support and invoicing activities
We are filling this position on a fixed-term basis (approximately 2 years) as a maternity leave replacement
What do we expect from you?
• Completed education or university degree (economic or business background preferred)
• Experience in sales support, invoicing, pricing or order management is an advantage
• Basic understanding of finance, invoicing and order-to-cash processes
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage) and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
• Good communication skills and ability to cooperate across departments
• English language skills at minimum B2 level

Basic gross guaranteed salary: from 1400 EUR/Brutto +13th salary The final basic wage component will be adjusted to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
