Full Time Position, Salary Range- $170-$190K
Hybrid work environment. Preference for candidates commutable to NYC or DC office.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Planned Giving and Endowments is responsible for providing leadership over JFNA’s planned giving and endowment program, offering services and resources to a network of 141 Jewish Federations of varying scope and sophistication. This role seeks to raise the profile of planned giving as an important component of total financial resource development and will serve as a technical expert, giving direction, staying current on legislative and policy developments and disseminating information as appropriate. The Associate Vice President is expected to effectively articulate and demonstrate the value of endowment income to the system and the ROI in training major gift fundraisers about the role planned giving plays in securing short- and long-term philanthropic investment in our communities. The position places planned giving and endowments in a central, prominent and leadership role in creating, informing and promoting best practices to the field and across JFNA.
As a senior member of the FRD Department the AVP, PG&E will work closely with JFNA’s internal team and across departments throughout the organization to inform and catalyze national giving.
This position is also responsible for engaging lay leadership, field professionals and other key stakeholders in service of overall goals. This person is a key liaison for PG&E professionals in the system and consults with communities on an as needed basis.

Salary range: $170,000 - $190,000
