Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Social Manager to join our Brand Marketing team at Boden.
Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll play a key role in growing our social presence, helping us reach new 30-something customers while continuing to engage and inspire our existing audience. You’ll bring ideas to life across multiple platforms, using insight, creativity and strong execution to deliver best-in-class social content globally.
Location: 3-4 days per week at our North Acton office, 1-2 day working from home.
What You Will Do
Support the development and delivery of social media plans across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and X
Own the day-to-day running of social channels, ensuring content is delivered accurately and on time
Use performance data and insights to continuously refine content and improve results
Contribute to long-term planning, ensuring briefs are clear, considered and set up for success
Support and guide the Social Media Assistant, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Identify opportunities to test new ideas, formats and channels to drive engagement and growth
Support content shoots from research and planning through to execution
Contribute to creative ideation, bringing fresh and relevant ideas to the table
Actively engage with our community, building meaningful connections with our audience
Stay on top of platform updates, cultural trends and industry developments
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience managing or supporting social media channels, with a clear understanding of what drives performance
A strong eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Confident working cross-functionally and building relationships across teams
Comfortable using data and insights to inform decisions
Naturally curious and tuned into social trends, culture and emerging platforms
A creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into engaging content
A collaborative, proactive mindset
Flexible and willing to support social activity outside of standard hours when needed
