The Position
Join a supportive team helping to establish a positive relationship with NDIS participants and their support network, while ensuring the implementation of their plans. This positions supports participants to identify and connect with supports in their local communities, build skills, overcome barriers, and to achieve their goals on their NDIS plans.
This role aims to promote participant’s independence and confidence, to enable them to live their best lives.

About You
You have at least 2 years experience working in the mental health field providing participants with NDIS supports.
