We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to support the growth of our outsourcing and staff augmentation business. This role is intended for junior-level recruiters with 1–2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT recruitment, outsourcing, staffing, or talent sourcing environments.
We are seeking someone who is still building their career, is eager to learn, can work with structure and discipline, and is motivated to grow within a fast-paced outsourcing business.
The Junior Recruitment Consultant will support candidate sourcing, screening, pipeline management, interview coordination, and day-to-day delivery activities across multiple recruitment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment delivery for outsourcing and staff augmentation roles across various client accounts
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen CVs and identify relevant profiles based on job requirements
- Conduct initial recruiter discussions with candidates to assess fit, motivation, availability, and communication skills
- Prepare and present candidate shortlists internally
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and internal recruitment trackers
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders or clients
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Help build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring skill sets
- Support market mapping and candidate research activities
- Contribute to the overall responsiveness and delivery quality of the recruitment team
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or staffing
- Exposure to IT recruitment, outsourcing, or staff augmentation is an advantage
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to interview coordination
- Ability to review and understand job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, proactive, and willing to learn
- Good level of English, both written and spoken
- Confident working in a structured, performance-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for technical or IT-related positions
- Experience working with an ATS or CRM
- Familiarity with Boolean search and direct candidate outreach
- Exposure to fast-response recruitment or outsourcing delivery models
- Experience supporting multiple open roles at the same time
