Scope of responsibility tailored to the candidate’s experience and background, covering various areas of e‑commerce operations and business development
Ownership of customer account management, including:
Development of product and assortment strategies
Definition of pricing structures and promotional plans
Execution of growth initiatives with full responsibility for sales performance and profitability
Alternatively, responsibility for specific sales channels (e.g., Amazon), including:
Management of selected product categories
Optimization and performance growth across the assigned channel
Involvement in Go‑To‑Market (GTM) activities, such as:
Supporting expansion into new sales channels (e.g., TikTok Shop)
Coordinating and executing KOL/influencer marketing campaigns
Your Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce; Experience with Amazon, local German e-commerce platforms, and TikTok Shop is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; A Master’s degree from a top university in Germany is highly desirable.
Fluent in English and Chinese; good command of German both written and spoken, business fluent would be preferrable.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a focus on sales and profitability
