Join our growing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team within the TOMRA CFO area. As Business Partner for Compliance in our Food Division, you will be right at the heart of the business, working closely with both the division and the GRC team to support TOMRA Food’s continued growth. You’ll play an important role in shaping how we approach compliance and help to set direction and ambition through responsible and forward‑looking business practices. The role is based at TOMRA’s headquarters in Asker and reports to the Head of GRC, with a dotted line to the Food Finance Director.
What you will be doing
In addition, you will support due diligence processes, respond to and follow up on alleged violations and whistleblowing cases, and provide hands‑on guidance to the business as needed. The role also includes international engagement such as supplier audits, as well as participation in reviews, audits and ad‑hoc projects where compliance expertise is needed.
Who you are
We belive you have 2-5 years of experience within the compliance field, finance, audit, controlling or risk management, preferably from an industrial or international environment. Furthermore we might believe you have:
