Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your reliability and safety expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety of our projects, directly contributing to the delivery of sustainable and efficient mobility solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and quality assurance), analyze system failures, and implement improvements to meet contractual and internal reliability requirements.
You’ll specifically take care of identifying key failures and components, but also ensure compliance with APSYS directives, including reliability management.
We’ll look to you for:
Understanding and managing contractual and internal reliability requirements
Identifying critical failures and components
Ensuring the application of APSYS directives related to reliability
Enhancing reporting standards within projects or assigned clusters
Utilizing the GSI FRACAS module for data-driven reliability improvements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

Degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience or understanding of reliability and safety analysis
Knowledge of RAMS principles and methodologies

A certification in reliability engineering or safety management
