apply nowResponsibilities and Main Result Areas
Crew Training
· General supervision of line flying operating standards of pilots on the fleet.
· Delivery of line training for new pilots, pilots engaged in command course training and on other occasions as required by the training department.
· Briefing, conducting, and debriefing pilot Line and Route/Role/Area Checks.
· Delivering and administrating ground school instruction when required, covering subjects relevant to line flying.
· Conducting pre-command assessments on candidates eligible for command.
· Completing Emergency and Safety Equipment training and checking when required.
· Prompt and accurate completion and submission of NHV training report forms.
· Delivery of differences and familiarisation training as required.
· Setting and maintaining the highest possible standards of line flying by personal example.
· Responsible for complying with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, procedures, and controls and supporting information security objectives
Experience
· Minimum two years’ Offshore Northern Europe experience
· Minimum 500 hours of offshore P1 (not PICUS) experience
· No NHV PC/OPC assessments with a grading below ‘Average’ in the last three years
· Preference given to those with previous LTC experience.
Skills
· Sound ICT-knowledge (specific aviation software & administrative programs)
· Flexibility and willingness to adapt to, and engage with, evolving training requirements.
· Excellent communication skills.
