Description
This position provides administrative and academic support to the Director of the Graduate Nursing Program and graduate nursing faculty in order to enhance program organization, communication, and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Monitor weekly clinical hour submissions and verify compliance with required totals
- Maintain organized electronic files of all clinical forms (preceptor agreements, clinical evaluations, hours logs, etc.)
- Track student progression related to clinical requirements using provided templates
- Respond to general student inquiries via email and forward complex concerns to appropriate faculty
- Assist with scheduling and confirming clinical site visits with clinical faculty
- Assist with managing calendar invites for meetings involving the Director or faculty
- Perform basic data entry and support for student evaluations and surveys
- Compile and organize teaching resources or guides across multiple courses, including but not limited to obtaining desk copies and communication with textbook and other curriculum representatives
- Assist in compiling handbooks and orientation materials
- Support live and virtual events for graduate nursing students
- Help gather data on program outcomes in cooperation with the Program Director
- Assist the Director with program marketing and engagement activities, including but not limited to scheduling outreach activities, developing and maintaining a strong, appropriate social media presence, and promoting a graduate culture. This may include, but is not limited to, assisting with quality improvement activities, collecting data, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canvas and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Hours & Compensation
- Approximately 8-10 hours per week
- The position begins Summer session 2026
