Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and contribute to solution design in collaboration with the solutioning team
Develop comprehensive documentation covering business requirements and effectively communicate them with relevant stakeholders to support project delivery
Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and proactively resolve outstanding issues
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, fostering strong relationships and effective communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and support the timely delivery of projects within scope
Engage in pre-sales activities and undertake any other tasks as requested by the Line Manager
Person Specification
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software domain
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio, with familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments considered an advantage
Hold certifications in business analysis such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, which will be considered a plus
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
