Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development, by leveraging domain expertise
Develop comprehensive documentation, including DSRS BRDs, functional specifications, and Visual Models process maps
Translate complex requirements into clear and actionable documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Define acceptance criteria, facilitate UAT, and ensure the timely resolution of issues

Person Specification
Possess a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Have a minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst in the software or IT domain
Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile project delivery
Demonstrate familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and solution validation practices
Hold professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA, Agile BA, or equivalent credentials, which will be considered an advantage
Demonstrate exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills
Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and consensus-building capabilities
Be highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
