We are looking for an associate lawyer to join our Real Estate Team, with a focus on legal asset management. This role is well suited for someone who has already gained some experience in real estate projects or who is at the early stages of their legal career and keen to develop professionally in this field.
In legal asset management, we act as a trusted legal counterpart for all the operational challenges a company may encounter in connection with its real estate investments – from day-to-day leasing and maintenance matters to long-term investments, regulatory issues, and stakeholder negotiations. Our working culture is characterised by low hierarchy and a supportive, collaborative team environment. Our Real Estate Team forms part of Hannes Snellman’s top-tier ranked Real Assets Team. The team brings together experienced lawyers working across real estate, energy, infrastructure, construction, and environmental law.
“What drew me to this team was the chance to do work that goes beyond any single transaction — to build real, lasting partnerships with clients and be part of their everyday reality. The team that surrounds you here makes all the difference: we are rigorous and warm, ambitious and supportive.” – Essi, Specialist Partner
