Position Summary
The Admission Associate – Visitation Coordinator plays a central role in shaping the experience of prospective students and families, serving as a key ambassador for the school from first visit through enrollment. This highly collaborative position oversees all aspects of the on-campus and event-based visitor experience, thoughtfully coordinating student visits, interviews, tours, and large-scale admission events. With a focus on hospitality, organization, and clear communication, the role ensures each interaction reflects the warmth and excellence of the institution. In addition to supporting admission operations and the Student Ambassador Program, this team member contributes to the evaluation process as part of the Admission Committee.
This is a 10-month full-time position in session between August 15th and June 15th annually.

Minimum salary range for this position begins at $54,000. Salary is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to education and experience.
