Overview
This field-based Sales Support opportunity plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support to our Sales and Project Consultants specialising in BFX’s education furniture portfolio. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their expertise in client engagement, service delivery, and project-based sales support, with a clear pathway into a future Sales & Project Consultant position.
Working closely with our Sales Consultants, you will support customers with furniture product and service enquiries, assist with project coordination and documentation, and help resolve issues efficiently. You will play an important role in delivering a seamless customer experience through accurate information, clear communication, and responsive support across the full project lifecycle.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to support sales growth, strengthen customer engagement, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and contribute to the achievement of team sales and profit targets.
This is a Monday to Friday hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home when not on the road. The position is Brisbane-based, covering both the North and South sides of the river, and requires regular travel throughout your designated territory using your own vehicle. You will meet with clients, manage existing relationships, and provide ongoing support to Sales Consultants.
