The purpose of this role is to develop client artwork proofs that meet expectations of the client, create print files for production & assist the Client Support Team when required.
What We Offer
About the Role:
Client artwork development & design:
·Interpret client artwork requests and create proofs
·Design artwork layouts to meet client expectations
·Identify and fix issues in supplied artwork (e.g. spelling, resolution, finishing lines, style compliance)
·Maintain and update the client artwork database
·Assist in building and managing client artwork suites
·Develop conceptual designs when required
·Recreate artwork as needed
·Create and update custom catalogues
Post order print files for production:
• Prepare print ready artwork
• Complete prepress checklist for all artwork to ensure highest quality output and minimum rework
• Troubleshoot issues associated with print ready artwork with the production team
Client Support:
• Answering incoming phone calls & making outbound calls
• Processing quotes and orders in line with SLA
• Working with different teams to ensure client expectation is met
We are seeking a team member who:
·Proficient in Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator and InDesign)
·Experience in admin or customer service (preferred)
·Familiar with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite or similar)
·Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
·Maintains high-quality work and takes ownership of tasks
·Eager to learn and improve processes
·Adaptable and flexible with work hours
·Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
