About the Role At HOKA, we believe everyone is an athlete. We’re seeking passionate Casual Sales Assistants for our NEW Queen St Mall store. This space will redefine the retail experience, bringing our brand to life on an entirely new scale. This isn’t just another store, it’s a bold, immersive destination for movement, innovation, and community. With its size, energy, and expected high volume of customers, this store will be a hub for athletes of all kinds, from elite runners to everyday movers.

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll: • Deliver an elevated customer experience by understanding individual movement goals and recommending the right footwear and apparel • Inspire and educate customers on HOKA’s innovation, technology, and performance benefits • Collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume, flagship environment • Assist with stock processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising at scale • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders • Maintain premium store presentation in line with HOKA standards • Bring energy, positivity, and a passion for movement to every shift
Skills and Experience We’re looking for someone who: • Has retail or customer service experience • Has a genuine passion for running, fitness, walking, or the outdoors • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-first environment • Is self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets • Is adaptable, reliable, and open to feedback and growth • Brings a strong, sport-led mindset and enthusiasm for movement and performance
