YouTube Video Editor

• Edit raw footage into polished YouTube videos with strong narrative flow.
• Edit and produce videos for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn , and other platforms
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and sound effects as needed.
• Enhance video and audio quality (color grading, audio syncing, noise reduction).
• Optimize videos for YouTube standards (thumbnails, aspect ratio, pacing).
• Design and edit social media ads (video format) optimized for performance and conversion.
• Ensure videos are formatted correctly for each platform (aspect ratio, length, file size).
• Keep up with platform trends, algorithm changes, and content strategies.
• Organize and archive footage, project files, and templates for team use.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience. 
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Experience editing content for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and paid social media ads.
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling and pacing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
