We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Safety, Quality, Training & Environmental Administrator to join our Hamilton branch due to an internal promotion.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
The role will require the successful candidate to undertake a variety of tasks and responsibilities within our region including:
Maintaining the Case Action Management system (CAMs – SQTE Incident and Opportunities Database)
Maintaining the People Development Platform (PDP - Training & Competency Database)
Organising, booking and managing internal and external training courses
Liaising with operational managers to monitor subcontractor reviews and inspections
Completing subcontractor verifications
Managing and maintaining quality and environmental systems
Organising annual health screening and proactive intervention appointments
Completing monthly client and operational HSQTE reports
Providing reports and information for divisions and departments as require

High-level communication skills are essential, including strong verbal, written and interpersonal abilities. Ideal applicants will demonstrate strong relationship management capability, operating as collaborative team players with clear evidence of success in building effective stakeholder relationships.
In addition, our ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate:
Experience in a regulated training environment and understanding of technical training deliverables
Working knowledge of Learning Management systems and tools
Strong systems and reporting capability
Background in a similar role within construction or service delivery is preferred
Affinity for continuous improvement, innovation and applying practical learning
