Your task

• Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung von Dienstreisen (national und international)
• Buchung von Flügen, Bahntickets, Mietwagen und Unterkünften
• Erstellung und Verwaltung von Reisedokumenten und Visaunterlagen
• Ansprechpartner*in für alle reiserelevanten Fragen unserer Kunden
• Überwachung von Reiserichtlinien, Budgets und Genehmigungsprozessen

Your profile

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Reiseverkehr, Tourismus oder in der Büroorganisation (Erfahrung in der Touristik von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung)
• Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Online-Buchungsportalen

In addition, we carry out repairs and maintenance of naval vessels as well as technical upgrades and modernisations of all kinds of ships worldwide.
