Requirements
Key Responsibilities
-
AI/ML Integration:
Implement and integrate
Generative AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and NLP techniques to
automate data extraction, summarization, and report authoring.

Python Development:
Write clean, scalable,
and efficient Python code to build robust data processing pipelines and
automated reporting workflows.

Data Processing:
Extract, transform, and
load (ETL) data from various unstructured and structured sources (e.g.,
PDFs, databases, APIs) into cohesive formats.

Prompt Engineering &
Optimization:
Design and refine prompts to ensure AI-generated outputs are highly
accurate, contextually relevant, and aligned with AECOM project standards.

Maintenance &
Troubleshooting:
Debug, maintain, and upgrade existing AI/Python scripts within the current
Report Gen architecture to ensure zero downtime and high performance.

Collaboration:
Work closely with
project managers, data engineers, and domain experts to translate
reporting requirements into technical AI solutions.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Programming:
Strong proficiency in
Python
,
with a solid track record of building production-ready applications.

AI/Machine Learning:
Hands-on experience
with AI/ML frameworks and LLM orchestration tools (e.g. OpenAI API).

Data Manipulation:
Expertise in Python
data libraries for document parsing.

API & Integration:
Experience building and
consuming RESTful APIs (FastAPI).

Version Control:
Proficiency with Git
and standard CI/CD practices.

Problem Solving:
Strong analytical
skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data formatting and
AI-hallucination issues.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

Previous experience
working on automated document generation, Document AI, or intelligent
reporting systems.

Familiarity with cloud
platforms (e.g., Azure) for deploying AI models.

Understanding of the
engineering, construction, or architectural domains (specifically AECOM
standards).

Knowledge of modern web
architectures and authentication protocols.
