As the Product Area Lead - Martech & Orchestration within ING’s Growth Tribe, you’ll shape the future of how we connect with our customers. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology and customer experience, leading the evolution of our communication‑decisioning ecosystem and the Martech platforms that enable personalised, timely and compliant interactions. You’ll define the vision for a modern, scalable and intelligent communication environment—ensuring every customer message is purposeful, data‑driven and aligned to our strategic priorities.
You’ll join a highly collaborative, fast‑moving Tribe where you’ll influence senior leaders, guide cross‑functional squads and build capability across the business. As the steward of both our orchestration governance and Martech integration domains, you will balance long‑term innovation with operational excellence—uplifting our technology foundations while ensuring stable, risk‑aligned execution.
This is a role for a strategic leader who thrives in complexity, champions customer‑centricity, and is energised by shaping the next generation of ING’s communication and Martech ecosystem.
