Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a product owner and stakeholders to analyse and translate regulatory requirements into clear actionable user stories
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements
- Work closely with software developers to design and deliver effective reporting solutions
- Configure, adjust and test reporting solutions
- Coordinate UAT and stakeholder validation of implemented features
- Perform data analysis and communicate with stakeholders to interpret and explain data
- Actively participate in delivery team sprints, refinement sessions, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization in an agile setup
- Continuously improve analysis, documentation, and agile delivery practices
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Background in finance, accounting, risk, or reporting
- Experience working with financial systems, data, or reporting solutions
- Good understanding of banking business, products, and processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex processes and data flows
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis
- Proactive mindset and ownership of delivered solutions
- Excellent cooperation skills as a team player, collaborating effectively with both business and tech stakeholders
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
