Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies, including BTL activities, to drive sales growth and strengthen brand visibility across GT and MT channels.
Prepare and analyze demand forecasts by evaluating historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to ensure accurate planning and decision-making.
Support the development of GT sales targets in alignment with business objectives, including planning monthly targets in collaboration with stakeholders and tracking performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Design and execute sales incentive schemes, promotional campaigns, and wholesale loyalty programs to enhance distributor and field force performance.
Ensure effective in-store execution by maintaining product availability, optimizing visibility tools, and supporting ideal store standards across sales channels.
Monitor trade spend and ensure effective budget management, while coordinating the SNOP process to maintain alignment with production plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (Professional qualifications such as SLIM/CIM will be an added advantage)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or trade marketing, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Familiar with Sales Force Automation (SFA) system and Experience in MS Office packages.
