Your new responsibilities
- Bedienen der automatischen optischen Insprektionsgeräte im Testbereich
- Beurteilung und Klassifizierung von optischen Fehlern gemäß Fehlerkatalog
- Konfiguration der Inspektionsmaschine (Chuck, Schienen, Inkpatrone, Endeffektor)
- Hantieren von Wafern (Umfolieren, Belichten von folierten Wafern, Grünlichinspektion, Wafer Reinigung im Rinser/Dryer), Transport von Wafers zwischen den entsprechenden Lagern inkl. Lagerplatzvergabe
- Dateneingaben in Promis (Produktionsprogram) und Freigabe von material auf Basis von Ingenieurs oder MRB Entscheidung
- Belabeln und BEdienung des Labelcheckers
Who we are looking for
Backend AOI:
- Operating automatic optical inspection devices in the testing area
- Assessing and classifying optical defects according to the defect catalog
- Configuring the inspection machine (chuck, rails, ink cartridge, end effector)
- Handling wafers (re-foiling, exposing foiled wafers, green light inspection, wafer cleaning in rinser/dryer), transporting wafers between the corresponding storage locations, including assigning storage locations
- Entering data into Promis (production program) and releasing material based on engineer or MRB decision
- Labeling and operating the label checker
Frontend AOI/Fab outgoig gate:
- Visual inspection of wafers using automatic optical inspection tools and microscopes, including data control
- Assessment and classification of optical defects according to defect catalog
- Data entry in Promis (production program) and saving of reports in corresponding folders
- Checking WAT data and exported data for completeness and fulfillment of criteria
- Decision on batch disposition before fab out based on given specifications
Who We Are Looking For
- Completed school or vocational training
- Good technical understanding
- Minimum age: 18 years
- German language skills (at least B1 level)
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Compliance with safety, cleanroom, and 5S regulations
- Willingness to learn
- Flexibility regarding changes (e.g., coverage, priorities)
- Team player

- Employment according to the collective agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group A.
Gross salary including allowances is approximately EUR 2,600 in the first month, followed by further increases.
