The product/ Team: Let's collaborate on innovative and disruptive projects to reshape Swisscom's infrastructure and set new industry standards. We are expanding our "Network Monitoring" department and looking for talents to help us achieve our goals successfully. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and talented team spanning Switzerland and Latvia, leveraging their expertise to develop innovative solutions that will shape the future of Swisscom's Monitoring offerings.

As a part of the team you will:

• work on systems using modern technologies like Public Clouds, K8s, Docker and Linux

• take part in code reviews

• be a part of a self-organized and lean-agile team with diverse cultural backgrounds

• Initial project on the context of Telco/Networks, later expanding to other areas

• Salary from 2600 to 4100 EUR monthly gross

Requirements

What we expect: 

• Advanced Proficiency with: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, NodeJS (nice to have: Frontend/UX Design), demonstrated through large-scale projects

• Specialized Expertise with Databases, particularly SQL and PostgreSQL (nice to have: Time Series Databases like Clickhouse / Druid)

• Experience in Kafka, alarms processing and data transformation

• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices

• Specialized Expertise in developing and handling microservice applications

• Specialized Expertise with increasing automation (e.g., with CI/CD pipelines, test frameworks, etc.)
