As an Aged Care Advocate, you will play a vital role in empowering older people to exercise their rights. By providing essential information, education, and unwavering support, you'll help them navigate their care journey with confidence.
Our dedicated team of Aged Care Advocates delivers personalised advocacy tailored to individual needs. Whether it’s helping someone understand their care requirements, enhancing communication with service providers, clarifying aged care fees, or addressing concerns and complaints, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact. Standing beside older people, you’ll ensure their voices are heard, their rights upheld and their experiences transformed.
We’re looking for a passionate individual who understand the critical role advocates play in ensuring older people across NSW understand their aged care rights, enabling informed choice, confident decision making and self advocacy.
