We are growing dynamically and continuously expanding our presence across Europe – with a current focus on the Portuguese market. To strengthen our team in Lisbon, we are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager who will help us build long-term client relationships and actively contribute to our business development in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential partnerships or market opportunities;
- Assist in expanding the firm’s network of contacts;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis;
- Contribute to brand visibility and awareness campaigns (events, conferences, sponsorships);
- Support marketing initiatives;
- Assist in organising and attending industry events;
- Provide local market intelligence to the firm;
- Support internal reporting on market trends and opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related industries, with a strong preference for B2C sales;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
