Overview
The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll reports and trackers. This role supports the bi-weekly payroll process to ensure a smooth, end-to-end, on-cycle payroll execution. Additionally, the analyst will manage employee timesheet reports and trackers to maintain compliance and accuracy. This is a temporary position with a fixed-term contract of one year.
Responsibilities
- Assist in review of payroll end-cycle activities.
- In charge of Cafeteria Discounts Reports.
- Provides customer service to employees with questions relating to Cafeteria discounts, hours and PA Bonus.
- Process payroll claims reports.
- Coordinates with BHD (Companies’ bank) for visits to open new hires bank accounts.
- Monitor email inquiries from the payroll inbox.
- Vendor’s payments trackers.
- Arrange weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
- Deliver the DR Bonuses Report to be audited and included on by weekly payroll.
- Employee’s termination Tracker.
- Provide customer service to employees with questions relating to their pay.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role
- Experience with Time and Attendance tracking preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Punctuality and ready to report to work on a consistent basis
- Expected to adjust accordingly to a fast-paced work environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Strong work ethic and team player
- High degree of professionalism
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
- Ability to communicate with various levels of management
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
