Support organizing employee records and presence/absence management (e.g. sick leave, absences, time tracking)
Support recruiting process (first contact, interview scheduling)
Support the preparation of HR documents (e.g. contracts, onboarding materials, compensation overviews)
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities for employees
Your profile
Currently enrolled for at least 2 more semester in a German university, preferably with a focus in Human Resource, Psychology or Business administration
Preferably already some practical experience in personnel administration; initial experience in an international context is an advantage
Experience in using modern HR software and in handling electronic personnel files
Basic understanding of the labor law
Communicative, happy to help colleagues with questions and like to contribute your own ideas
Work in a solution-oriented manner
Very good German and English skills are a must
